Virtual Trauma-Sensitive Yoga

The goal of Trauma-Sensitive Yoga is to maximize experiences of empowerment and to cultivate a more positive relationship to one's body. TSY (Trauma-Sensitive Yoga) presents individuals with opportunities to be in charge of themselves based on a felt sense of their own body. Individuals will be empowered to bring nonjudgmental awareness to their body experience in the moment, to choose what to do with their body once it is felt, and to feel capable and confident in taking action based on one’s choice.
