Join us as we discuss the book The High Five Habit by Mel Robbins. This book has over a dozen powerful ways to high-five yourself, giving the love and support we give to others - to ourselves. The High Five Habit is a holistic approach to life that changes your attitude, mindset and behavior, and makes believing in yourself a habit you practice every day. This group runs for 6 weeks (starting 2/17/22).
