This is a two-part workshop.
The first workshop will cover the topic of triggers - different types, how to diffuse, and how they can lead to relapse; helping participants learn one of the most important skills in recovery: stopping the triggers that lead to relapse. The second workshop will provide techniques, visualization, and thought-stopping exercises designed to avoid and prevent thoughts from becoming triggers and leading to relapse.
