This group is for those in their first year of sobriety. It offers education on essential recovery topics, helps to build a stable lifestyle, and creates healthy daily routines. Based on the book My Ongoing Recovery Experience: The Basics from Hazelden Publishing.
This is a 7-week group, held both in-person as well as virtually via Zoom, on Wednesday’s at 6:30 pm, starting on September 8th.
