Mobility and Stability Exercises

Mobility and stability exercises designed to reduce frailty in older adults. The goal of the program is to teach seniors how to integrat breathing and posture into their daily routine to prevent falls and promote overall good health. This program is geared towards seniors, but open to all ages.
