Energy, Movement, and Meditation

This group is focused on managing our minds, our bodies, and our energy. Some of the techniques we will be practicing include:

  • Movement meditation

  • Stretching exercises

  • Meditative breathing techniques

  • Organ healing

  • Energy Awareness

  • Vibration exercises

This is an 8-week group starting Wednesday, March 17th, at 7 am, held virtually via Zoom.
