Creating Structure Workshop

Does the idea of structure feel overwhelming, yet having no structure feels chaotic? Let’s learn how to create structure that fits your lifestyle and needs based on self-care, tasks/goals, and leisures. So many times we focus on a work/life balance, but really there’s more to it than that. Being able to have a middle ground, some grace, and healthy boundaries are a great start to creating structure that works for you. Ensuring that your basic needs are met to maintain a healhty baseline are at the core, then setting realistic or smart goals, and adding in leisure activities will help to create a true balance in your daily life. There is no magic “one size fits all” structure, and each day may vary, but having something that you can start with is a great way to tackle it.

This workshop will be held virtually via Zoom on Monday, November 15th, from 12-1 pm.
